Delivery & Collection Info

Free delivery on all web orders over £39.00 - Excludes furniture and pictures.

Orders placed before 3pm will generally be dispatched same day, after 3pm, next working day.  Delivery is available to UK only.

Standard delivery - Royal Mail 2nd Class - three to five working days*

Express delivery  - Royal Mail 1st Class - one to two working days*

Click & Collect - Normally ready within one hour, please wait for confirmation email before travelling to the store, please check junk box.

Furniture Delivery (England Only).

Delivery & Installation within a 20 Mile Radius - £25.00

Delivery & Installation within a 50 Mile Radius - £45.00 

Minimum order value £200.00.

Once your item is picked and inspected, we will contact you again to arrange a date for delivery. We aim to deliver to you within 2-4 weeks of receiving your order.

  • Goods unpacked and placed within your home, to your instruction.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that there is free access to the delivery address.  If the delivery is not possible due to access not being taken into consideration, including limited hallway and stair access, then Tyler's Department Store reserves the right to charge a delivery/collection fee if the goods are returned.  A sum of  £50 or 15%, whichever is the greater will be applied.
